It's exciting to feel that Spring is in the air! It's a wonderful time for new beginnings and starting healthy new habits.
We've just posted our brand new timetable to help ease you into a regular Yoga practice for the warmer months. Classes are held week days at 9:30am - perfect for fitting in some yoga once the kids have been dropped off at school. We also have evening classes, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
