1 minute a day is better than 0 minutes a day!




Did you know that holding a stretch for just 1 minute a day is all it takes to increase your flexibility?


Of course, attending a regular yoga class will stretch and strengthen you more thoroughly than a meagre 1 minute stretch. It will also reconnect you with your inner calm and give you plenty of inspo for your home practice.


But on those days when it’s a struggle to fit in yoga, try choosing an asana (yoga posture) that challenges you and practice it for a minute – you’ll soon feel the benefits.


This small daily practice also offers you a chance to pause and breathe.
